Marketing And Events Intern

Job scope includes assisting in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, networking, social media; developing new methods of marketing; working closely with our marketing team to plan and execute product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships and other initiatives to build the brand; preparing and distributing marketing materials; assisting with day to day operations.

He/she should be adaptive and resourceful as well as a team-player who thrives in a dynamic, fact-paced start up environment; excellent communication skills and has a strong creative and conceptual.

 

Retail Merchandising Executive (Full-Time)

Job scope includes sourcing and identifying brands and products that would fit the brand but also appeal to target market; working closely with our marketing team to achieve creative ideas; collaborating with suppliers and distributors and ensuring quality control; analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs; strategise and recommend logistics solutions; Analyse and report to management on sales and consumer trends through data analytics; Optimize inventory and cash flow through reorder scheduling and promotional campaigns; Responsible for planning of merchandise budget with sales KPIs; Manage stock take; Research and propose appropriate fixtures for optimal merchandise display and use of space.

He/she should be both a driven independent agent and a team-player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment; have at least 1 year of merchandising experience; Excellent numeracy skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Strong data analysis and strategic thinking skills; excellent communication skills and has a strong creative and conceptual vision.

Finance/HR Assistant (Full-Time)

    Job scopes includes providing support in preparing the financial reports in the accounting and finance system as per the instructions received from the seniors; To perform accounting computations and calculations accurately, and try to identify if there are discrepancies, and if there are any errors, try to resolve them; to assist the work of financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivables, vouchers, etc., by thoroughly checking and correcting the accounting and other relevant financial records; compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies); coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews; assisting with day to day operations of the HR/Finance functions and duties.

    He/she should be meticulous, well organized, and a team-player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment; Excellent numeracy skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
